The staff was very customer focused and responded to request promptly and immediately. This includes the attendants at the counter, the housekeeping staff and property manager. Our room was very comfortable and modern. Our overall rating is 4.75. The breakfast area is cramped, the chicken sausage and potatoes were extremely dry 3 stars. The omelet station and attendant gets 5 stars.

Not only must you pay for parking but it is not onsite! You must cross the very busy Atlantic Ave and another side street to get to it! Bad enough in nice weather but add heat or rain and it is miserable. Be sure to check the weather forecast and if it is going to be windy, just cancel and stay anywhere else. There is a whistle or howl that is heard in the rooms and hallways that will keep you awake. They say it is the wind making the sound but when you crack the sliding door it stops immediately. That is a pressure problem that needs to be fixed. The power went out for an hour just 2 hours before check out. No call or door knock giving a later checkout time.

Great hotel, clean spacious rooms with living room and workspace. Great customer service from LeRoy at the front desk. So many restaurants around the area to choose from and Chris Ruth’s steakhouse right at the facility for high end dining. Definitely staying there again.
