They gentleman that checked me in was great. However, the website and the email confirmation I received stated that the pool at this hotel was supposed to be open for my stay, When I got to the hotel to check in, there was a sign at the front desk stating that the pool was closed for the season. One of the reasons I booked this hotel was because the pool was supposed to be open. I also booked this hotel due to the closeness to the clinic I was working at the next day. The breakfast was ok. When I went to the desk to check out, there was nobody there for me to tell that the arm of the only chair in my room was broken. And I didn't want to be charged for a broken chair. The price was perfect. And overall, I would most likely stay again for the convivence of the hotel to where I needed to be. I did like the fact that I was asked by the gentleman that checked me in, if I would prefer 1st or 2nd floor due to no elevator. I also liked the fact that it was quiet, and I got a good night's sleep.

Room had a weird, wet, mildew smell. Had to use room spray multiple times to mask the smell. Every set of hand and face towels I received, I found random hair in it. Please double check the expiration on the breakfast food items especially the yogurt, I had to ask for one that wasn’t expired. No water fountain available on site. Other than that, my stay was quiet and peaceful. Bed was made everyday.

Our room smelled like a basement and there was in fact mold in the bathroom. Toilet had hair and pee stain. It was so dusty and dirty. Never again, please learn from my lesson and listen to the reviews. Other than that, staff was nice.
