Affordable and Sufficient

We were looking for an affordable hotel and you get about what you pay for with this hotel. Not a bad stay by any means, but if you're expecting luxury, this isn't it. All I ask for in a cheap hotel is that it be clean, everything works, you get the basic setup, and there are no bugs. So mission accomplished here!

The bed was nice and sheets clean. The towels would be useful to exfoliate skin. You can hear neighbors beside and above. Low rate ensures nothing extra.

Keep driving!

Awful, simply awful, unsafe neighborhood, room didn't have a deadbolt and had someone knocking on my door at midnight had to call police because front desk didn't answer, I really wish Hotels.com did not allow dives like this in the system.

Most rude group of owners ever. You don't even get what you pay for. My advice from 25 years as a hotel General Manager is find another hotel. There is reason the parking lot is empty......

There was only one chair and the king bed. No coffee pot or coffee. No continental breakfast. Person at reception desk couldn’t even understand English. The local price on line at $60.00 per day. You charge me $70.00. Your add was not what I got. Shame on Expedia.

Not as it seems

I thought the room was as advertised. Liked the room size and everything worked well in the room. However, the breakfast said hot waffles, but it was frozen waffles in toaster. Of my six nights, only twice was my room serviced. I had to ask for towels and wash clothes most of the time. For a room booked for three people, they would only leave one wash cloth and two towels. The pool was adequate. Part of the reason for booking hotel was for the laundry services, but both washing machines were out of order. Price was reasonable.

HORRIBLE

The hotel was an absolute disaster. The rooms were sketchy. There was a spit in the floor where it seems like you would fall through, the bed had hair ALL over it even under the sheets, we found a bug on the bed, tiles were coming off the bathroom floor, some of the lights didn't work, and the bed was like laying on bricks. And after complaining they would not give us our many back because we didn't tell them right away that the room had problems. We didn't even stay there, we switched to the hotel across the street. I would not recommend this to anyone, it would be a waste if money and ruin your trip.

Awful room, awful service, disrespectful staff.

At check in the person was very unfriendly and hard to understand. The office where we checked in not open (at 3:00 in the afternoon). It was in a cramped spot between the outside and the office. The room had a musty smell, and the chair at the table/desk would not even allow you to sit back in it because it was broken. In the bathroom, the toilet paper holder came out of the wall, and the towels seem to have been used too many times, because they were barely rags. The TV was not plugged into the satellite. And trying to get communication between myself and the staff was uncomfortable. They were accusatory as if I was the one that had caused the problem with the room or that my expectations were too high. And as much as it was late on a Friday afternoon even though they they offered me to leave saying they wanted no problem. It would’ve been difficult to find another room in the area. It was an unpleasant stay, and I left before the end of the evening. I will not be staying at that hotel ever again. This place gives America’s best hotel a bad name.

Do not stat here

Overall a very bad experience. Due to a mix up our only choice was a smoking room next to a barking dog and too close to the freeway. Towels where inadequate, the floor tiles where peeling up and the price was exorbitant. America's Worst Value Inn ... one and done.
