This place is amazing but what it stands up is their staff. Every staff member at this hotel was exceptionally helpful. We were really taken care off. Also the breakfast buffet was one of the best! Every day there are some new Colombian dishes to try..:)

Staff was wonderful, no doubt about it, and breakfast was awesome! However they offered an upgrade which I gladly accepted days before my trip and in the end got nothing, the OZ hotel does not have nice views outside, and it does not have a pool nor bathtub or jacuzzi. If you are only planning to sleep and take a quick shower then yes, it is for you.
