The staff were amazing (so helpful and friendly). The pool was small, but was all you needed to help cool you off. The whole establishment was very clean and decorated well. Breakfast was provided and it exceeded my expectations. Very delicious and freshly made. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Cartagena.

My husband and I travel all over the world and the Lunalá Boutique Hotel was one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at! The service is unbelievable and they cater to each guest. We did not want to leave. The location is excellent and you are in walking distance of the historical Cartagena.

A cute little boutique hotel with amazing staff. We loved the location and were able to walk to all the restaurants and shops in Centro. The included breakfast was delicious with generous portion sizes. The bed and linens were very comfortable and AC kept our room ice cold. The lobby was only accessible with a key card and monitored by staff, ensuring only hotel guests had access. We appreciated the added layer of security, but never felt unsafe during our time in the hotel or walking the city. It was a great experience!

This hotel was top notch! I loved the staff, breakfast, their attentiveness, and the room was always sooo clean. They are ALL very honest too...we accidently left our safe open to cash all out and the room was cleaned but not a peso was missing or out of place...it was not a test. Purely an accident but when that happened we felt even safer. Thank you all so much! Gracias para todo!

Hospedagem incrível,bem localizada pois fica próxima tanto a Cidade Amuralhada quanto ao bairro Getsêmani. Hospedagem lindamente decorada e muito muito confortável. Os funcionários são maravilhosos,desde a recepção ao atendimento no café da manhã,em especial o André e o rapaz que cuida da recepção pela manhã. Chegamos por volta de 12:00 horas e nos permitiram utilizar a piscina,fomos presenteados com Upgrade de um quarto excepcional com uma sacada incrível e um banheiro lindo. Tinha bilhetinho no quarto e água de cortesia,o chuveiro era ótimo e o café da manhã é uma delícia. Tem um rooftop na piscina sensacional! Enfim,o hotel é charmoso e uma experiência maravilhosa em Cartagena ...
