The hotel location was good. The staff was helpful, but we had unfortunate instant with bedbugs both my wife and I, and the room was very small with no refrigerator

The first thing that struck me was how friendly and pleasant the staff were at check in. Then how excellently located the hotel is in the Walled City. Room is clean and a good size. There's a common balcony next to my room that is rarely used by guests and is lovely.

The staff were wonderful - helped with our limited Spanish and were so patient with us. Booked a second night and they were so accommodating.
