This hotel is in the perfect location and was excellent for exploring Getsamani and the Walled City. Rooms are basic and comfortable and clean. The hotel is in a very lively, busy area so it is quite noisy. We changed rooms a couple of times and the staff were very helpful and accommodating, but it was still always very loud. Bring earplugs and you will be fine. Breakfast was yummy with lots of variety and coffee and fresh juice. I would recommend this hotel.

Staff were very nice and attentive. It was at a great location, near everything. However the hotel was very simple and things were not updated. We had to change room because there was no hot water in the room. The next room water was dripping from the air conditioner and we had to have few towels to cover the water all the time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Overall the property is old because is in the middle of the Historic Center. Location is great, walking distance to the majority of the touristic areas. The standard rooms DONT include hot water in the shower, only the supreme rooms or by request. I didn't know that and had to take cold shower :( The manager offered me another room but I didn’t want to pack again just for 1 day.

Great location, about a 3 minute drive walk into the walled city and a 3 minute walk into Getsemani neighborhood. Lots of food vendors and restaurants and shops nearby. About a 15-20 minute drive to the airport and 10 minute drive to the Playa Azul beach area. The staff were all sooo friendly. Felt safe. The hotel is older and it shows but the beds were clean and the giant flat screen tvs had netflix. The showers have warm water, some of the rooms have a balcony. The area is in a party zone so if youre looking for quiet this is not the area for you. Buffet breakfast was decent with croissants pastries fruit juice coffee eggs sausages and mini pancakes

This was an excellent place to stay! It’s very clean and there is someone at the front desk and door at all times so it’s very safe! Continental breakfast was excellent every day! The location Is walkable to all points of interest and great restaurants and markets! Also the marina and beach! The one thing to note is that it does sit on the corner of two busy streets so it is not the quietest. If you are looking for serene, this is not the place. That is the only negative thing I can say. There was one night time front desk guy that was rude when we needed help at one point which is the only reason I gave service 4 stars. Everyone else on the staff was wonderful.

Very basic! To me this is a 2 stars property overall. Staff is very nice, but they are limited by the property resources. The mattress were horrible; we have no fridge but I asked and they brought us one; the toilet seat was broken, I told them and they fixed it; maybe I should have said something about the mattresses; breakfast is very limited, I suggest going early; friendly staff. If I can afford a better hotel I would go to another one. We ran into, mainly, European tourists (France and Italy) and Mexicans. Location is convenient to visit the walled city.
