location and clean rooms, but cost-cutting shows We stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, the room was clean and comfortable, and the place feels well-maintained. It’s a solid choice if you’re looking for a nice base in a convenient area. That said, it does feel like the hotel is quite focused on keeping costs down, and a few things stood out: • Breakfast is by choice rather than a full buffet, which limits the selection compared to what many guests expect. • The air conditioning is controlled/monitored from the front desk instead of being fully adjustable in the room. • Only one key is provided per room, which can be inconvenient if more than one person needs access. • Calls to the front desk often go unanswered, likely due to limited staffing. These issues don’t ruin the stay, but they do take away from an otherwise comfortable experience. With a bit more flexibility on amenities and better front-desk responsiveness, this hotel would be easier to recommend without reservations. Would stay again for the location and cleanliness, but with tempered expectations on service and extras.

The hotel was in a good location and very close to restaurants and shops. The bad part was that some employees who served breakfast. Employees were not polite. The room was very closed off, with no windows. The elevator required a key card to go up and down, but it almost never worked. There was no pool. There was a lot of noise in the hallways.

This was a great stay for the price. It was very clean, up to date, and in a walkable area. Close to beaches, 6 min ride to wall city and cruise port. It's next to grocery store. Only thing staff didn't tell me the drinks in the fridge wasn't free. 😂 (Guess I'm used to all-inclusive when I do beaches)

The only complaint I have is the noise early morning that the hotel staff make outside of your room. Also you can hear people from the next door doing you know what but that doesn’t last for long. If you have trouble with your Spanish or need help with anything, ask for jimmy he takes good care of you.

Brand new place so everything is nice. No luxury, but all you need, comfortable beds, ample shower space, good hot water/cold control. Toilet pressure could be higher. Good breakfast. I wonder if when it starts getting more people if a buffet will be faster and more convenient. For now is fast enough. Service experience was pretty good. Hope it stays like that. They could have more international channels such as news in English. AC is not controlled by you in the room but it was decent. Ask for a second room key so you can keep the room cool because if you remove the key the AC turns off.

It was a very nice hotel. The only thing that I was very unhappy was that if you rent a room with no view, that means there’s no window at all so you’re in just four walls. I thought that should’ve been a note of not knowing no view means there’s no windows. Hairdryer there is no hairdryer you had to ask for the hairdryer at the reception to use it, AC they had to control the AC you couldn’t control in your own room but everything else was good. The breakfast was very delicious but everything else was very good. The people were helpful, but I just had those small issues. Thank you.
