Is not a luxury hotel and did lack some amenities that you’d expect from a luxury hotel but it is a charming hotel with a lot of character and the staff members were extremely welcoming and helpful especially Luz. Everything was great!, the hotel crew are always willing to help and guide you on any questions about the city. The room was great, bed so comfy. I would only suggest to extend the stay in the pool after 7pm, I guess 8pm would be great. Nothing is better than going to the pool after walking a lot.

Room was clean. I like the historical vibes. Our room was with a courthyard window - better choice if you want to go to bed early. Don't recomened a room with a window towards the streets. It is very loud outside until 3 am. There is a nice coffee shop at the lobby.

Very pleasant stay. Like many properties in Getsemaní, this was formerly a large family home. Our standard room was very small but adequate. There are options for larger rooms. There are also several areas to sit and relax outside the room. Staff are attentive and friendly. Great location to explore Getsemani neighbourhood and walkable to Centennial Park, port, and walled city. Would stay here again.
