Hotel Fegali is strategically located next to the main tourist spots of Cartagena. If you are like me and feel tired of standardized, reproducible hotel chains with no essence of the city, this is the place to be.

Está muy bien ubicad o el lugar pero la habitación que me tocó no fue la mejor. Mucha humedad, sin ventilación, la puerta del baño no cerraba. Habitación oscura (me tocó de las de abajo que dan al pasillo). El personal es amable y hay alguien en recepción las 24 horas. Incluyó el desayuno.

Realmente NO ES un hotel boutique, es un hotel de una o dos estrellas, pequeño y antiguo, sin comodidades mínimas como una buena cama o amenities de baño, con habitaciones ruidosas y linos de mala calidad. Se rescata su ubicación privilegiada y la buena actitud del personal de servicio.

Preis Leistung stimmt nicht. Zu teuer für das was geboten wird. Die Fotos sind wohl etwas älter. Sauberkeit ungenügend. Hab auf dem Frühstückstisch mit der Serviette was weggewischt, die Serviette wurde schwarz. Hab’s dem Angestellten gezeigt. Am nächsten Morgen interessierte es mich ob geputzt wurde, die Serviette wurde wieder schwarz. War drei Nächte dort. Am ersten Tag Zimmer nicht gemacht. Am zweiten Tag wurde ich gefragt ob sie das Zimmer putzen sollen. Wo ist die Professionalität?

El hotel es pequeño, cómodo y seguro. La decoración es interesante y el personal muy atento. Está ubicado en un lugar turistico, accessible a todo, restaurantes, comercio etc.

Todo bien Solo que hubo un apagón de luz que duró de 7 am hasta la noche y el calor era agobiante! Los chicos del hotel de los 2 turnos nos previeron abanicos de batería 🔋 y lámparas. Sería bueno que el hotel contara con una planta de luz porque el calor y la humedad son insoportables! Pero de todo lo demás fue muy buena la experiencia 😄

Hotel precisa ser reformado e renovado

Pontos negativos: Ficamos hospedados num quarto sem janela, sem ventilação, bem em frente a Recepção ( mesmo o hotel estando vazio não nos deram um bom quarto), sem nenhuma privacidade e com muito barulho pela manhã e à noite também. Teve um hóspede que chegou quase 1 hora da manha com criança fazendo barulho e o som entrava direto no quarto. Deixaram de limpar o quarto 1 dia ( ficamos 5 noites ). A limpeza não é das melhores - tivemos que pedir para melhorar o serviço, pois tinha areia e sujeira no quarto e no banheiro. As toalhas são velhas e precisam ser renovadas. E a roupa de cama também. O café da manhã é ruim: só servem duas tostadas, ovo mexido, suco não é natural e açucarado, café com leite Nescafé, e repete a mesma coisa todos os dias. Pontos positivos: Localização do hotel é excelente e nos sentimos muito seguros, para quem quer segurança vale o local. Os funcionários são simpáticos e cordiais. Outro ponto a ser considerado: As dicas de turismo são fracas, de interesse para venda de tickets no hotel bem bem mais cara que em outros lugares.

Hotel é bem localizado, no coração de Getsêmani. Os quartos single não têm boa estrutura. O meu em especial, não tinha janela, apenas um acesso para um pátio no fundo, que era local de despejo. O hotel cheira a mofo. O café da manhã é servido à la carte, e não tem muitas opções. Poderia ser melhor. Meu quarto estava com o box entupido. As toalhas tinham aspecto encardido e sujo. Tentei mudar de quarto, mas não me ofereceram a opção.

Ótima localização e boa vontade dos funcionarios

Não tenha dúvidas em ficar em Getsemani. O hotel fica na “Calle Larga”, a 500m da cidade murada e próximo dos bares e restaurantes de Getsemani, sem estar no meio do tumulto e barulho das ruas principais. Nós nos sentimos seguros em caminhar pelas ruas, com crianças, tanto de dia como de noite. O hotel um prédio antigo e simples (como quase todos da região), mas as camas são confortáveis, o banheiro funciona bem, ar condicionado bom e entrega o que propõe no anúncio. Apenas o café da manhã é razoável. Jesus é um excelente atendente e está sempre disposto a ajudar. Ficaríamos de novo.

The property was overall disappointing. Too expensive for the old somewhat run down condition of the hotel. Breakfast was very basic, and options seemed to depend on whether the person working the front desk at the time felt like asking how you wanted eggs cooked, or preferences on fruit. One front desk person was very helpful, another seemed disgruntled. Would not stay there again. Seems like the readings were manipulated as the hotel's condition did not match expectations based on what the readings were.

It is a small, but has the home feeling. Staff is very courteous and helpful. It is very closed to many major landmarks, as well as food options. Room is big enough for a family of 3. Simple breakfast is included.
