The hotel was nice and very well located in the area. Night security guard was very rude asking if my wife was a guess at the hotel, being in cartagena I think he was Implying she was a prostitute I was trying to sneak in the hotel. The room was nice but there was no sheets in the beds we had to ask for some extra sheets. Other than that we just stayed for one night so it was nice.

The staff is so incredibly nice, friendly and helpful. The English in Cartagena is limited amongst locals, but that is no problem with broken Spanish worlds, English and gesticulations. Hotel is located in the newest part of Cartagena which is cheaper than old town, and a bit more quiet. Breakfast which is included, hardly any hotels have this service left, is also good. I would love to come back here again some time.
