A really nice place to relax, it's more for family vacations, quiet, Lack of variety of cocktails, the ones they have are plane and simple. They only let you stay in the pool until 6. Internet conecction is bad on the rooms

The entire staff is so friendly and happy here they make you want to smile all day. Meals were delicious! Rooms basic but very clean. Some paint and mantenance needed but very nice for value, location

Beautiful setting, small town only 30min walk, room was good, staff very helpful and friendly. Menu selection could have been better, and for some reason they shut off water to toilets overnight, had to go ask for it to be turned on.

Hey if your Loooking for tranquility ,great hospitality and a place to enjoy family and friends. I highly recommend! My daughter and I did 3 nights in December 2024… very safe,great diving,a village just a 20 minute walk 10 minute bike ride ( thanks Simon!) .. very memorable with blue waters,great food and drinks. We. Will be back. Thanks to everybody at Planet Dive( on premise dive shop). The staff amazing! Note …boat ride from Cartagena very convenient..take the day or go to here .. multiple days to unwind!

Cocoliso is as advertised a paradise in the middle Of the Caribbean. The staff is super friendly (Alberto/ Silvana and Mabel) took Great care of us while there. The food is excellent and the views are awesome. The surrounding ocean is fantastic. Not a party place - more on the quiet side. But the AC works and everything is very close together.

My stay at Cocoliso was amazing! I did my PADI open water certification with Diving Planet, which is conveniently located within the resort. The staff was incredible and very friendly. I would absolutely recommend Cocoliso and if you’re interested with diving, go with diving planet!

The staff was helpful and very cordial. The island was beautiful, sea, nature and several options of things to do, like snorkeling, tours to the manglares, other islands, diving etc. The food was not good and they need to have a store where one can buy sweets, ice cream and things one like to enjoy while on vacation.

relaxing scuba hideout

nice quiet getaway from cartegena. great place to scuba and relax for a few nights. you are isolated from other parts of the island and are at the mercy of the high priced restaurant. but service is wonderful. only issue was toilets stopped working which I read is common so they need to upgrade that infrastructure

This is a lovely island resort that has all of the things you need. It felt safe for children going off to play on their own which was wonderful. The only kiddo thing was there wasn’t a large sandy beach area for playing but lots of the island seems similar in this regard. Some of the food and beverages seem expensive but you can easily wander to another resort and try out their food which are of similar prices. It’s overall a nice place to stay for a few days of heading out for a snorkel and playing in the pool.

David and his staff will do practically anything to please their customers. They are just coming back from a shut down during Covid and are working to get everything in tip top shape. Some work is in progress, some is done and some more to do. The grounds and pool areas are beautiful. Our room was comfortable, even though some plumbing needs attention. I’m positive next visit will be perfect!
