Staff aims to please! Room was top notch, breakfast was over the top. Most of all is the location, Centro Cartagena, inside the UNESCO Heritage walled city. The hotel is across from a spacious park and surrounded by restaurants. Steps away, next to the park, is a Cartagena street-food specialty, arepa de huevo. Hotel Casa La Fe is incredible. The room was clean, comfortable and very well organized. The staff is incredible. It started with the hotel reaching out to me a day before my arrival asking how they can help - expected arrival time, activities that I was interested in, and any other help needed. We arrived early and they stored our luggage and sent a text when the room was ready hours before the normal check-in time.

Great location, wonderful staff

Very clean, comfortable stay. The breakfasts are good, the people who work in reception are very helpful in many ways, we had laundry done and it was reasonably priced. We enjoyed the small rooftop pool at the end of the day and generally had a cocktail at the rooftop bar served by a nice bartender.
