Excellent breakfast. Unsafe pool with slippery tiles and crowded with lounge chairs that made walking around the pool dangerous for falls. There is a construction to next to the pool. Check in not ready at 3 pm. I got my room at 3:45 after lots of complaints

My girlfriend and I reserved a suite with a balcony the faced the ocean. It was an exceptional room. Living room 2 bathrooms and king size bed. The hotel was in a great location. My girlfriend and I sat on the balcony and watched the sunset while having some drinks. Will go back.

Family vacay in Carta

Hotel is a great value for the price. The beds are very comfortable. The breakfast (which we had included) was a full service meal with lots of variety of hot and cold foods. Location is convenient and roof top pool was an good bonus.

We had an amazing stay with great service. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. It was easy to call taxis to get around the city and there are lots of restaurants and stores in the area that are walkable. Overall it was a very smooth experience and I would recommend staying here.

It was a great room with an awesome view of the sea. One thing I thought was petty, there was a coffee machine in the room but you had to buy the coffee at an inflated price !

The Hotel made arrangements from the airport. The concierge Jafeer was amazing. My suite was nice and had 2 bathrooms! The view was absolutely amazing. The service was impeccable. Only bad thing is there’s an abandoned unfinished hotel next door. Not so nice to see when you come out of the property.
