Rooms are very small, but have a bathroom, a TV, and a ductless air conditioner. Room is clean. Common area lighting is turned off after hours or kept to a minimum. Pool is located rooftop and is tiny. Hotel has character and has 24hr front desk. In the heart of Getsemani, walking distance from everything.

Sweet, affordable and very convenient. In lively Getsemani area but just off the main area so nice and quiet. Lovely staff, nice breakfast included. Good air conditioning, but room smelled a little damp. Rooftop pool is very small, but does the job of cooling you down!

Location is great doesn't look like much during day but at night the streets around the hotel are filled with bars and restaurants. About a ten minute walk to the Clock Tower. Lots of dining options. Breakfast was lovely in the courtyard. There is no elevator. Our room was huge but the bathroom very small.

Good value / might have water if raining

Good place for the price with good breakfast and clean rooms. It is a bit dated and spartan in the fit and finish department. Room was flooded when rain water seeped in but the staff quickly resolved it. Ac was strong and everything else was fine.

This is a great property at its price point. It’s in a great and accessible location. I would use it again. However, be aware, no friends are allowed. I was attending a conference and tried hanging out with one of my colleagues using the hotel’s amenities and he was stopped from passing the lobby. That aspect was very intrusive I felt.

The location of the hotel was freat. The room was big and the bathroom as well. Pretty clean and bed was comfortable. AC was working pretty well. The wifi didn't work at all or barely and the shower was cold. Took forever to have it a bit warm and still.. never hot. There is construction right in front of the hotel so kind of noisy from 7am to 9-10pm when i was there

Upon check in our air conditioning wasn’t working. Front desk promptly moved our room to an upgraded room. Room was clean and comfortable. The shower though was AMAZING!! Had great water pressure and hot water. I could have stayed in shower for hours. Breakfast was freshly made daily. Area was in great location, only issue is someone always trying to sell something. No fault of hotels, they were on every corner in city. I would definitely recommend.

Rude receptionist on arrival, condescending and impolite. When additional face clothes requested two hours into stay, everything was an inconvenience for him. During stay, bathroom ceiling collapsed and fell in. Had to move rooms. Room cleanliness was marginal at best. Room service and housekeeping was slow to respond. 3/10 stars at best. Would I stay again? No. We’ve stayed at other boutique hotels in Cartagena and they were amazing. This one needs some work.

El lugar cumple con lo que ofrece, el desayuno es riquisimo y variado todos los dias, esta en el centro de Getsemani lo cual ño hace espectacular porque puede caminar y recorrer las areas turisticas. El lugar aunque en el centro es alejado del ruido, se descansa muy bien y es super segura el area. El personal super amable en especial Pedro en la recepcion. Super buen lugar , full recomendado
