Pour voyageurs ayant un sommeil très dur

Notre chambre familiale devait avoir une salle de bain privée mais ce n'était pas ça. J'ai tenté de réserver une navette via Facebook sans aucun retour de communications. Les informations différent sur une excursion à Baru ( selon moi un piège à touriste) . Lits inconfortables et lits superposés très bruyants. Sonnette pour l'accueil qui peut nous réveiller toute la nuit. Fenêtre donnant sur le corridor donc nous entendons tous les bruits de l'hôtel. Seul point positif est l'emplacement.

Es muy regular, por los comentarios de los otros huéspedes esperaba un hostal sencillo pero cómodo. Resulto ser incómodo en aspectos que para mi son importantes. Me consultaron si quería cambiarme a de habitación por 15.000 a una con aire acondicionado yo acepte esto, esperando que fuera una mejora para mi estadía. Pero fue todo lo contrario puesto que mi habitación ( privada) colindaba con la cocina... no tienes privacidad. La piscina no se veía muy limpia tampoco.

Hidden fees! Be careful

When we arrive at the hotel and was a bit smelly. People smoking at common areas. The super bad thing was that to use the air con you will be asked to pay extra money. Lucky me I didn’t pay the extra for the air con because the hostel run out of energy during the night until noon. The breakfast was good

Möttes av en trött eller bakfull person vid check in. Visades till sovsalen, de hade endast små skåp för värdesaker (laptop får inte plats). Fläkten fungerade inte. Överdrivet varmt på rummet, obekväm säng. Dålig frukost... Skulle inte rekommendera detta boende för någon

Hotel bastante sencillo

Es un hostal muy sencillo, la habitación asignada era para 8 personas, con camas demasiado pequeñas y el colchón se veía deteriorado, decidí pagar la multa y quedarme en otro hotel.

I stayed in the dorm for a night. You really get what you pay for! I got bitten by bed bugs on by back and moved hotels for the next night of my stay. I did notice that the sheets were dirty. Much better value for your money at other places around the neighborhood.

Good for the price and location

I stayed there 3 nights which was added another night. The dorm was clean and had a bathroom inside which was also quite clean. Staff was helpful. Good location for shopping and sightseeing. Breakfast was simple but enough for me. Not special complaint about this hostel. I may stay there again if I ever go to Cartagena again.

**This review is for BALCONES de VENICIA***. When we arrived to casa venicia, we were sent a few doors down instead, to their sister hostel... Not sure why?? We enjoyed the stay. Great location central to everything. Lovely staff and delicious breakfast. The budget room is hot but you have a fan. We also extended our stay, only a superior room was available. It was bigger, with air con, but noisier with street noise in the morning. Budget room was fine by us! I'd recommend the hotel.

Cute Hostel with great charm and yummy breakfast!

We loved this hostel! We stayed in one of the private rooms that had a shared bathroom. There is no air conditioning in the room (it was not advertised). There is also no hot water. But the cold shower was WONDERFUL when it's hot. The food here was great and free. The bed was one of the most comfy of all the places we stayed at in Columbia. Ruth at the front desk was so kind and helpful. For the price ($16 USD a night) it was AMAZING!
