Good value, need a taxi to centro.

One of the cheaper places in town. Wifi works in lobby, not in rooms. Close to the port of you are shipping a vehicle. 7000-8000 cop taxi to centro. Restaurant accross the street serves more food, at a better quality for the same price.

No es una buena elección

Lastimosamente no fue una buena experiencia. El aire acondicionado nunca funcionó (pese a que pedí su reparación) y la habitación estaba mal ventilada así que fue imposible dormir. El hotel está en un barrio muy lejano de la zona turística y es un poco peligroso. Con mal servicio de autobuses públicos. La habitación es amplia y limpia, el baño amplio y espacioso, y tiene un pequeño refrigerador. Falta poner cerrojos internos en las puertas. La gente que trabaja ahí es muy amable y tratan de complacer pero le falta mucho al hotel para ser bueno.

Clean and Simple Hotel close the to Port

Simple but clean rooms with A/C and mini fridge, just a few minutes from the Port if your picking a vehicle up. The hotel staff were really nice and accommodating.

Inadequado e distante do eixo turístico

Não é adequado para turistas estrangeiros. Muito longe do eixo turístico. Não gostei e decidi mudar de hotel e pagar a multa de uma diária sem relutar nem reclamar de nada. A multa consta nas condições de compra e ,o que é combinando não é caro. Ocorre que ao fazer check-out a equipe apresentou vários empecilhos para eu sair. Disseram que não tinham wifi nem linha telefônica para eu pagar a multa com cartão de crédito mas, ao final ( após eu pagar a multa em dólares com uma taxa nada amigável) para chamar um táxi onde ganham comissão existia linha telefônica e o wifi no meu celular estava funcionando normalmente. Resumo: muito longe, com o que você vai pagar em táxi é possível reservar outra hospedagem em Getsamani.

excelente todos fueron muy amables nos atendieron muy bien en realidad volceria con mi esposo la comida riquisima en el restaurante y la atencion alli fue lo que mas nos encanto aaa sin dejar de decir de las instalaciones muy buenas la habitacion muy comoda.

The hotel was dirty, not well located af all, the staff was rude and unhelpful and the neighborhood was sketchy.

Basic no frills stay

Bare bones room appropriate for the price. Room 204 had no exterior window. Felt like a private room in a hostel. Nice to hear activity in the hall and people bustling about in and out of hotel so you don't feel isolated. Staff do not speak English but try to be helpful. No hot water in room. Internet spotty in the building. You may be lucky or you may not get a signal in your room. Towel and soap provided but you need to ask at Reception. Restaurant downstairs has no written menu but lunch can be had for 10 mil COP. Good place to stay to feel like a local. We moved to Hotel Oceano around the corner after one night as that hotel was more comfortable but at 3x the rate of Hospedaje Casa Rosado.
