Lovely little hotel with its own mascot cat, Augustina! Basic, but impeccably clean, and ideally located inside the old city. Close to everything, including a grocery store. A great budget option.

The room overall was great. The bathroom and towels are nice and the area is safe. The first staff member I had was great and had customer service. The next two, one female staff member laughed at me. The next, gave me a different type of experience when I tried to check my visitor/ guest in. He then informed me it would an additional amount I’d have to pay per guest I had. Therefore, I only stayed one night and didn’t return.

Pros: 1. Super clean 2. Very friendly and helpful staff 3. We had issue with AC and light and they fixed it right away Cons: 1. Do not stay here if you are a light sleeper. It is very very very loud and noisy all night. You can hear the whole street from the bedroom 2. Breakfast is not in the hotel but around the corner

Not bad but be prepared

Beware there are only a few rooms with a balcony unfortunately we were not lucky enough to get one. It felt really enclosed and trapped in the room but you got used to it after a day. There is also no elevator so be prepared to haul your big suit case up multiple flights of stairs. Also there wasn’t much in terms of amenities on site even the included breakfast was around the corner at a different restaurant. ATM and grocery store were literally steps away. Not guest friendly need to pay 150 cop and having to buzz in and remember my key to lock my room door was kinda annoying. YouTube on the television was the best part also very quiet minus the nightclub noise next door but I didn’t mind it

Quedé muy insatisfecha con respecto a la limpieza del lugar. Los baños estaban sucios, en las gavetas al lado de la cama conseguí recibos y hasta un juego de cubiertos que lógicamente habían los había dejado el huésped anterior. Muy desagradable rentar la habitación de un hotel y conseguirse con algo así. Mås nunca usaré este hotel.
