The room and the property was very clean. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The hotel was very beautiful from the pool area to the restaurants and also the rooftop sky bar. Although the breakfast variety was very minimal, it was still very good. We loved the area of the hotel as there was many places around it such as a mall, grocery store, the beach in front and lots of restaurants. It was also not a far distance into the city, which was great. We loved everything about this hotel and will definitely be referring it to others and hopefully coming back in the future.

The service from your staff is excellent, the breakfast is very good, and the food in each of the restaurants is great. The facilities and spacious are very well maintained. The only thing I didn’t like was that the hallways of the rooms didn’t look very clean.

We absolutely loved our stays at Estelar in both Cartagena and Medellín. This Colombian hotel chain is excellent, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting the country. The front desk staff were outstanding—professional, friendly, and always ready to help. Breakfast is included and impressive, with a wide variety of options: fresh fruit, eggs, yogurt, and both savory and sweet dishes—you can choose whatever you like. On a personal note: thank you to Katiana at the front desk, super sweet. But everyone was super nice. We'll be back!
