The best hotel in Cartagena! We had an amazing time at the Santa Teresa. The staff was exceptional and the rooms are very spacious and confortable. The breakfast had the most delicious food and the pool overlooking the old city and the new city was what made love our stay the most! The property is well located, easy to walk everywhere. Leonardo and Jesus at Reception were extremely welcoming and helpful during our stay. They were great with my 7 year son. Greeting him by name and always smiling. The rooftop pool is an oasis with breathtaking views — an incredible, relaxing space. Breakfast was something we looked forward to everyday. Excellent choices on the buffet, delicious coffee and made to order eggs and waffles. Kelly at the restaurant was super attentive. Security and the bell hop team always greeted us when came and went. The little details of the housekeeping staff were appreciated (turn down service at night!) Thank you for a wonderful stay.
