This boutique hotel was a piece of art. Absolutely beautiful and gave the antique feel. The staff were super helpful and kind. Everyone predominantly speaks Spanish, so if you're not fluent, Google Translate is your friend. I would definitely stay there again.

The best boutique hotel in the Old Wall Cartagena!

Casa Bella is an extraordinary boutique hotel with extremely comfortable big beds and large room with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Great roof top jacuzzi pool and service by all staff was top notch...a 10+!! I would stay here again without hesitation. Considering how many hotels are in the area, this one is juat at the end of the street closest to the ocean and none of the noise and hustle of the many people and vendors.

Upon arriving to Casa Belle I had an issue getting into the hotel. I’m not certain if all the hotels in Cartagena have that personal entry set up but I did not like that. Each guest had to be let in and out by one of the staff. The staff greeted me and made me feel VERY welcome. I must say my room was beautiful. In the room I stayed in a few of the wooden blinds were missing which made me a little uncomfortable changing at night. The rainfall pool area right off the lobby look like it’s for show. Overall I would give this property a 8 outta 10.
