I liked the staff! I liked that it was near the beach, shopping and restaurants. I also like that it's only a 10 minute drive from the city center/historic town. I did not like vendors coming up to me while eating my breakfast in the outdoor seating area. I did not like that property has alot of cracks and holes.

The room was not thoroughly cleaned between guests or during the stay. There was something very sharp on the floor, possibly glass, that cut my foot. The fridge also stopped working halfway through the stay resulting in our food going bad. There was also a leak in the ceiling of the room, but this didnt cause major issues. There is also NO AIRPORT SHUTTLE AVAILABLE contrary to what is stated, which was quite disappointing to learn after we had already arrived. The receptionist explained there is access to transportation to the airport near the hotel, but its public transport and she presented it as an unreliable option. Otherwise, the location, breakfast, and staff were all great.

I would recommend this place to someone who is interested in a low cost hotel and safe accommodation to stay .The experience that I have encountered with the staff were great and the cleanliness of the entire facility was spectacular up to standards. I just wanted to let everyone know that this place is not a five star hotel but it was well maintained and the staff were excellent. I have been working in the hospitality industry for over 30 years so I pay close attention to every detail whenever I’m staying at a hotel or resort.

Great location but the hotel was dirty. We walk into our room and the door could not close properly. The bathroom had hair in the shower and sink. The room was dirty and had a smell. The staffs were nice and friendly.
