“Très bien situés et facile d’accès.”

“Apartment was clean but very limited, no night stands, no luggage racks. Tucked in the alcoves with some stairs to climb to get in. There is a bar very near and people were partying in the ally until late in the evening and porters were cleaning and moving stuff very early in the morning. Beds could use some updating. ”

“Zero check in which had us waiting and Jo entry late, they sent details only at 18.00…. Which we never received, then they tried to contact me 10 times, at incorrect number. Apartment cold, bed uncomfortable, two extra fees plus local tax, so 3 extra fees, I knew about 2…. Impossible to get downstairs all the time for smoking…very long walk from station. Worst place I ever stayed!!!!!!!plus super expensive!”

“Very sweet and comfortable flat, suited our family of three perfectly. We loved sitting outside on the terrace balcony and enjoying views of Vernazza. It was very clean and the kitchen was well-appointed (although the only cooking we did was to warm up the croissants the host agency had thoughtfully provided).
