“Hi Team, I was very disappointed in room 13. The floor smelled like moldy wet carpet, the fittings were rusted and the walls were grubby. I was disappointed because the week before I stayed in room 24 which was excellent”

This made no sense, as I have used this same platform for years to book holidays both overseas and throughout Australia without ever experiencing...
