We had an amazing time. The room was clean and it is so good to be able to wake up and walk right out to the beach to watch the sunrise. This was our second time there and we will be back!

Had a wonderful relaxing stay. Room was very clean and modern. Bed was comfy. We sat by the pool most of our vacation but the beach is very accessible and beautiful. Would def stay again.

Was a last minute short trip for myself and daughter. Room was very clean. Staff were very nice and helpful. Right on the beach with great view. Parking lot was easy to get in and out of. We will definitely stay again!

We loved the character of the Oceaneer and that it was right in the beach! The rooms were clean, inviting and comfortable! My husband enjoyed the coffee but I would have enjoyed tea since I am not a coffee drinker. We had a great stay!

Stay here with my niece recently and absolutely loved the room! Everything was newly redone and very thoughtful decorated! Lots of little extras that made it feel homey and a step above just the regular room. The location was great… Right on the beach… Beautiful pool with plenty of lounge chairs and towels. Definitely plan to come here again!

This is a very cute and very clean little hotel, steps from the beach. The pool was a bonus too. My only complaint was that the walls were a little thin and unfortunately, we had some loud neighbors. Overall, we loved it and would go back!

This hotel was a gem. The newly renovated property was just beautiful. The hotel is located in a quiet, less crowded area. The ocean was so close that a short walk from a board walk directly on the property would get you in the surf. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxed stay at the beach.

Parking was not good. A space was supposed to be available for the room but, it was find your own. Guests were literally holding parking spots by standing in them. This is unreasonable for the price charged for the room. Won't be returning.

directly on the ocean...we did not have a parking problem, but if they have a full house they have 18 spots and 26 rooms. so, beware. clean, crystal clear water in the pool. the outdoor fire pits were not functioning due to salt corrosion, per the front desk. about a mile walk to the boardwalk. nice fireworks show there every thurs. very close to the water. i would stay again.

Positives: Great hotel, clean and on the beach. Newly remodeled, very convenient and very cute. Needs improvement: mattresses too soft; reception guy needs a customer service training-very cold and dismissive, not welcoming.... Great stay otherwise!
