Nice hotel, friendly staff. Dinner was good quality pub-grub and breakfast was excellent. Room was clean and very smart decor. Was a bit hot at night so perhaps air-con would have been nice, although there was a fan thankfully! Be aware that there is no car park at the hotel, although we got parked fine on the unrestricted side streets. Overall, nice hotel, would recommend.

The room was clean and bright. A bit noisy as it overlooked the road, but worth it to have a location sp close to the station. Staff could not be more helpful. Breakfast was fine. It was £15 for non residents, £12 for breakfasts not previously booked and £10 for residents who booked! Worth knowing! Handy Co op across the road and an excellent Booth’s supermarket very close by.
