It was very very dirty the room. There were insufficiencies in the room. The card to open the door didn't work; they changed it many times. It was a hassle to go and ask them to change the key all the time. They wouldn't open the pool for us, saying it was because of the bad weather, but it was just cloudy, not raining.

Please know hotel room was great, everything else was very poorly maintained. The hall ways were so hot, not sure why air conditioning is not working well on floors at all. Elevators seem unsafe the elevators jumped a few times & took a long time to open the doors. Lastly, you have 1 washing machine & 1 dryer. We had a baseball team staying here & you have a soap dispenser that takes coins & has no soap to sell in it. They gave me money back at concierge, the problem seems that they are aware of it. Why not put a sign to say out of order or sell soap at the store up front. The size of this hotel, either have multiple washing machines or offer it as a service or nothing at all.
