This place is a great value. The rooms are clean and well appointed, there is plenty of parking and breakfast is great. The property is dated...early 1970s build...but don't let that you fool you. A clean place to sleep and get your work done is all I am interested. The staff was polite and helpful and the area is beautiful.

Staff was very helpful. The property was nice very busy and a lot of long term guests. Breakfast wasn't the best. This was a quick stop to sleep on the way to the Grand Canyon and the room was nice for the price. I would stay there again when passing through.

The hotel is clean, conveniently located, and the breakfast is a plus. During our stay there was a notice about the pool being closed, so we didn't check it out, and the bedding and bathrooms show a bit of wear. But they worked and the bed was very comfortable. Would stay again.

Room was clean and we felt safe. The grounds were not kept up (crumbling concrete, gardens weren't maintained, etc.) and the breakfast was meager. A waffle machine that didn't make waffles (2 small pancakes every 2:30). Unappetizing eggs and 2 different kinds of sausage. There was cereal and yogurt as long as you like strawberry banana. I know it's free, but I've come to expect more from hotels.

I had an excellent day at this hotel. The room was modern and clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They were working on the pool at the time, but everything else was working in order. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.
