Staff was very knowledgeable about activities in Carlsbad Caverns National Park and Guadalupe Mountains. We would have missed the bat flight experience but the Inn had the time posted.

This is an older hotel that has been kept up very well. The closeness to Carlsbad Caverns made this a great place to stay. Breakfast was very minimal, but there was a nice cafe next door. Would stay again if in the area.

The rooms were clean and the bed very comfortable. The television had crappy reception. The parking lot had a lot of over grown sharp cactus that reached out in some of the parking slots. There was no restaurant or any food options near by. The plus was that it was right at the entrance of Carlsbad Caverns
