checking in and out are quick and easy. They will also accommodate early check in if available. Staff will let you know right away. Staff are all pleasant. Big and clean rooms! Karl Strauss restaurant is in the parking lot. Great food, music and drinks! The hotel should have music in the hotel lobby restaurant/bar and pool area for customers to enjoy hanging out in those areas. Thank you Grand Pallisades! We enjoyed our stay!

Traveling with family to Legoland and came across this resort. Recommend staying here. Short walk to Legoland. Has everything you need to make your stay comfortable. Enjoyed our three rooms. Clean room, staff helpful and the view over the flower fields out to the ocean was nice. Enjoyed the pool and splash area for the kids. Ordered food and drinks from onsite restaurant. Only there for one night so unable to do all the extras that are included with your stay. Activity room, game room, gym and jacuzzi. Also had a very nice adult pool.

Great place to stay when visiting Legoland if wanting to stay off property but within walking distance. Very short walk that is mostly shaded. My kids loved the family pool and the splash pad/playground areas. It was spacious and clean, a great home base for the week. We drove a (low roof) ford transit van and were able to park easily in the garage (which staff stated was 7’ but we were still a bit nervous about prior to arrival). The resort offers several activities every day in case there are pockets of free time you are wanting to fill, and you are able to borrow beach toys, towels, etc. as needed.

Such an amazing stay at Pacific Palisades Resort in Carlsbad! Rosa at the front desk went above and beyond to help my family get settled into our room. She was incredibly pleasant to talk to and very understanding of our family’s needs and requests. The amenities were fantastic—an awesome pool for the kids, fun games throughout the property, and a beautiful view from our balcony. We truly enjoyed our time and would definitely stay here again.
