This was my second stay at this hotel. Modern clean rooms, great buffet breakfast, friendly staff. The location is very convenient, good parking and easy to walk into the centre of Carlisle without all the issues of parking in the town centre. Great location for walking in Rickerby & Bitts Park. This is now my 'go-to' hotel for staying in Carlisle.

My wife booked this hotel at the last minute for me and I'm glad she did. The room was lovely, I was very comfortable and the breakfast in the morning was amazing. Enjoyed the food in evening and after a long drive from the south of England, I was very well rested for the rest of the drive the next day. Will definitely be back again.

, and have to say this hotel did not disappoint. Staff very friendly and welcoming from check in to breakfast in the morning and check out. They had a fan in the bedroom which came in very handy as it was an extremely warm day/night. Room was very clean and had a lovely touch with complimentary bottles of water and biscuits. Breakfast was everything you would look for in morning. Thank you for a lovely stay again. Will definitely be back next year!!

Last minute booking due to family emergency Car par very difficult to find if you dont know the area was told it was at back of hotel, it is located off of Mulcaster crescent and is spacious with cctv Hotel clean, room comfortable although tv would not tune in but i was ready for bed anyway. Good nights sleep Breakfast was exceptionally good, staff all polite and friendly Would definitely stay again
