Great hotel in a great location. Close to the mall and lots of eateries. The rooms were clean, good enough breakfast and friendly Staff.The only thing I did t like was we had to extend our stay due to bad weather, and they charged a higher rate for a Monday night then the previous night. Also gym wasn’t well equipped.

The gentleman that checked me in was nice and worked quickly to provide me the accommodations. The hotel smelled nice and was clean. I overheard some ladies discussing how nice the elevator smelled. I was here for a ‘staycation’ so I took advantage of the pool. It was great on a freezing day. The lady that manages the breakfast was lovely and also very efficient. She worked hard to make sure everything was fully stocked in the mornings. The bagels are fantastic. They also have a small bar. The bartender was also very nice. I took my drink upstairs since it was crowded but that’s what you want at a bar. I was more focused on relaxing and doing some reading I would recommend staying here for the price and location. Bed was comfy!

Room was clean with nice amenities but more importantly, the front desk staff was so sweet and very accommodating when I mentioned we were in the area for a wedding and I had plans to surprise the bride. I can't stress enough how much of a better experience they made our stay! The included breakfast was also well prepped and had plenty of variety. Would book again for sure!

Has the best time at this hotel for our 5 day trip to visit family. Clean, friendly staff and the best breakfast selections I have seen in a while. Anna who made the food everyday was phenomenal. She is very attentive. She made my mom and aunts stay the best who happen be twins!

Checked in easily with friendly customer service. However we were 4 guests and only two towels were there in the room. Needed to get extra towels from reception. Room service was alternate days. Hence next day there was no service. Air condition (or heating system) probably has a leak at the bottom from outside. Hence room was very cold at times. Next day also we needed to get towels from reception. Pool was great and water temperature appropriate. Overall it was good experience except for cold draft inside the room. Plenty of parking at the facility. Safe and easy access to shopping, dining with plenty of restaurant options. Excellent except above mentioned issues.
