We had a good stay overall. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room does need some maintenance.but it wasn’t a major issue during our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was okay, but it could use a few more options.We’d stay here again.

When I arrived at the hotel, my room was not ready. I waited for approximately two hours, and it was still not available. The lady at the front desk was very nice and tried to help by putting me in another room. Unfortunately, the door to that room did not lock properly. She then tried to move me to another room, but that room was already occupied. Finally, I was given a fourth room, which was clean and suitable. Later that night, around 10:30 p.m., I was woken up by someone trying to open my room door. Because the person was pulling on the door and I had been awakened, I opened it to see what was happening. The woman stated that she had been given that room. I explained that I was already staying in the room, and she apologized and went back to the front desk to be assigned another room. Overall, my stay was good, and I appreciate the staff member who tried to resolve the issues. However, my first day was very stressful and concerning. Having to change rooms multiple times, including being placed in an occupied room, followed by another guest being given access to my room that night, was not a good experience. I hope the hotel addresses these issues to prevent them from happening to future guests.
