In a word - Excellent - Staff were the best Location was great - a little hard to find when the satnav wouldn’t cooperate but glad we chose the Hotel to stay in in Cardiff

The hotel is a little tired but it is spotlessly clean & the location & ease of walking to Cardiff Bay restaurants is great. In addition, what makes the hotel excellent is the staff. Jacques at check in was very helpful & Loretta at breakfast was fantastic but all staff we encountered were great. Fantastic early morning swim & delicious breakfast too. Great hotel - would definitely recommend!

Fabulous stay, great staff, great room, great view, great food! My only niggles are 1 lift was out of order so lift wait was long at times, wait to be seated in dining was long as no-one was ever at the door to seat us and children only have limited pool times which was disappointing. I can understand small kids who may be noisy etc but kids over 12 should have a bit more flexibility. Other than that, we will definitely be back!

Everything about this hotel is excellent apart from the general state of repair in the sauna. I was shocked by the standards there.
