We had an absolutely lovely stay at the Delta Hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming from the moment we arrived, which really set the tone for the whole trip. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of continental options, fresh juices, and hot dishes — a really well-rounded and satisfying start to the day. We also had dinner at the restaurant, which was equally enjoyable. The food and atmosphere were both lovely. The accommodation was surprisingly spacious and private. The hotel is made up of separate houses, so your room feels more like your own apartment. The only thing to keep in mind is that you may need to walk between your room and reception, the restaurant, or the spa — depending on where you’re located, this can take around 7–10 minutes. We didn’t mind it, but it’s worth noting. We used the spa and had a massage, which was wonderful. The amenities are great and really added to the relaxing countryside experience. There isn’t much within walking distance, so you’ll need a car to explore the surrounding area. But if you plan ahead, there are interesting activities and spots to visit nearby. Overall, it was a lovely countryside stay. We’d happily return.
