Excellent stay in Cardiff for a Christmas shopping weekend. Conveniently situated, in a quiet road, but close to shopping and also going out for a meal in the evening. Lovely entrance with sofas and a fire. Would highly recommend.

Had a nice stay at the hotel which is in a good location for Christmas shopping. Breakfast was very nice. Only downside was that the music from the Christmas parties at the hotel was quite noisy in our room.

Total stay experience was wonderful. The staff is exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The hotel location is central to and walkable for everything (castle, shopping, restaurants, etc), plus is clean and well maintained. Nice stay, convenient location & pleasant staff. I Can only comment on the particular room we stayed in (305) but more attention required with cleaning. Thick layers of dust on the lights . Inadequate heating for a hotel of this size to be using a small plugged in electric oil filled heater placed in the middle of the room.

Love this hotel

Great hotel, lovely big rooms, fantastic pool, steam and jacuzzi with a nice view. Really nice breakfast and friendly staff. Right opposite NPC car park, with a discount code from the hotel so very handy if you're driving in and it is close to the centre and Blackweir Fields!
