Stayed here many times ,staff are all lovely ,very friendly and helpful.Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. However it could do with a bit of a spruce up.Chair was stained,shower curtain has seen better days and wifi hub on cieling had a big hole in it. On the whole its a very good place to stay,its convenient for motorway .Breakfast is always very enjoyable and plentiful. And hungry horse restaurant is very good . Just a few tweeks and it would be 5 stars.
Bottom edge of shower curtain very grubby.,didn't want that anywhere near me.
Chair seat cover stained with " something?"Covered it with a towel when I used it.
Whatever this is on ceiling had big cracks in it.The black bit is a hole.

Hopefully I’ll be back in early spring with the family. I loved the fact that check in was 2:pm which gives you more time to enjoy the hotel. The hotel is a little isolated but not a million miles from nowhere, so having a vehicle is important to explore the area. I wished I had stayed longer.
