Clean comfortable guest house. Note it has a shared bathroom and toilets . Plenty of facilities kettle and tea in room and kitchen. Shared use of full kitchen. It was the days of the heatwave so uncomfortable only because of that. Bed very comfortable clean linen and towels. All guests were very in tune with quiet period 10 pm to 8 am. I was aid for street parking through guest house arrived early and managed to park directly outside.

The property was easy to access and everything that we needed was provided for e.g. towels, cups, glasses etc. The only issue was there that was no hand towels in the bathroom so you had to remember to take the larger towel with you.

I didn't like anything about the hotel. I could not get in. You think everybody is computer smart. I emailed you before I went saying, what is a lockbox and how do I get my code. I never heard back from you. There were nobody at the hotel. I was knocking on the windows, the door The people living next door were trying to help me. I was there for over an hour. There was a massage on my phone, it said vue massage. I pressed on vue massage and it would not open, the people how were helping me could not get it open. I had to go to the city centre and find a hotel all i could find was the Premer hotel for £100.00 a night. your services where none exishant. The where no information outside the hotel, no phone number to get help. nothing. you were absolutely useless.

Clean bright large room located within easy bus service to centre. There was a glitch at checkin, note that your ID must be sent to a website. The link is an impossible alpha-numerical and not hyperlinked. Very cumbersome, and frustrating. Get it sorted before arrival. Toilet facilities are located on another floor. Neighborhood is gritty working class, yet i felt safe. Just take normal precautions.
