The communication was brilliant and personal. The safety of the overall building didnt feel secure but it was okay in the actual room. But the off putting part was the area in which it was situated and we felt vunerable.

Buenas tardes No dude hacer el checking, esperé dos horas esperando que vuestro servicio de chat me ayudasen, no tuvieron ni la delicadeza de decirme algo. Tienen un sistema de ayuda de menos 100 (-100l en el chat de hoteles.com. El dueño del lugar me escribe un correo diciendo que me habia enviado los detalles para el checking. Esta mintiendo, porque nunca recibí nada. Es una verguenza este lugar, a sido todo un fraud y espero que me devuelvan el dinero y me pidan disculpas del servicio de mier... que he recibido. Todo una verguenza el servicio por parte del dueño y por parte del servicio de ayuda del chat wue Uds tienen
