Easy access to the guest house and my room with a code. Very convenient location for attending an event at the Utilita arena. Regarding cleanliness there were some issues:-the carpets in the room and hallways are dirty, very worn chair in my room, dirt on wall and very dark stains on duvet and mattress protector that can be seen through the sheets. The bathroom facilities all looked very clean. Overall it’s a nice guesthouse.

Simple and basic, but sufficient and convenient!

Despite initial problems gaining an access code, I had a pleasant stay in a simple, no nonsense room with all that was needed. Central location is excellent.

Could be better

The staff and especially Kenan were always helpful and very friendly on the phone. The rooms are clean but the partitions between rooms as so thin that in the rooms with shared bathrooms, in one of the accommodations, everything that happens in the next room can be heard.

Great apartment when made up for two rooms

Stayed here for Oasis opening night so it was much more expensive than usual - wasn't everything! Super close to the stadium. Very clean. Didn't get the pre-arrival email but called the emergency line at the front door and was given the codes - really nice chap on customer service who was really helpful. Was expecting a two room apartment so he immediately sent someone over to make up the double sofa bed in the lounge. Has everything you need. Would use again if going to Principality Stadium.

Great value for money

We were so happy with our accommodation. It was perfectly located within walking distance to the coach station and castle, as well as the main shopping precinct. Our family room was gigantic and massive value for money.

Location and price wise it was good. The WiFi didn’t reach in the room and it had a damp smell. The choice of room was comfy and it had what you needed. Overall the stay was good.

Central, cost effective!

It's very reasonably priced and in a perfect central location. Central enough to walk around but not on the main street, so a quiet night sleep is guaranteed! Only downside is the slightly off smell of the carpets/exterior (a couple of plug in air freshners would make a huge difference!) will happily stay again!

Get the en-suite/extras room

Having the option of this room made my life so much easier, plus the location… the only reason I took off a star was because of the bed, they need to change the bases round as the one at the top of the bed was broken, which didn’t really help my sciatica, but apart from that, would definitely come back!

A short walk from the train station and close to the park, the location was ideal. The room was a little run down but everything was clean. The shared toilet was not as clean, but was ok, not that close to the room. The check in was easy - useful that you can arrive or leave at anytime. It is good value and practical overall. I didn't see any staff but everything went smoothly.

If you até booked on Austins 2 be aware that there are no kitchen facilities. There is onde bathroom tô ne shared with at least 10 rooms which can be sometimes busy. Otherwise, Thais self check in accomodatiom was clean and confortable to stay 1 or 2 days If you stay all day out. There are no kitchen facilities.

A cheap night’s stay, nothing more

Pros: good location, close to the station and easy to get to. Very clear check in instructions. Cheap price and decent cleanliness. Comes with tea making facilities. There’s heating in the room. Cons: small room, none of the sockets in my room worked (so couldn’t make tea even though a kettle was provided). Bad soundproofing - could hear upstairs watching something till well past midnight!

Room was conveniently located for Principality, and infact overlooked it. Self check in instructions were accurate. Room itself, the bed was comfy. However my biggest issue was not having any contact number to deal with an issue I had, namely no power to kettle, hairdryer or TV. If you do self check in then you need to provide contact details for any out of hours issues. Hence only providing 3 stars.
