There were several restaurants, a wonderful grocery store, and of course the beach were all within walking distance. The staff were extraordinarily attentive. The muffins for breakfast were dry on one day and amazing on the next. The room didn't have any hand or body lotion like I'm used to seeing in most hotels, but the proximity to the ocean made it less of a necessity.

From the personal welcome by Isabelle to departure this boutique hotel is amazing! Upon arrival I was served proseco and walked to my room. It was clean, fab bathroom, robes …all of it great. A mini breakfast (yogurt, muffin, coffee, juice was also included). The rooftop bar and view of ocean cant be beat.

The people were great. The rooms were clean and super cute. As well as all of the rooftop outdoor space I don’t know how they keep it that clean, but they do.
They definitely need to add a second low comfy chair. It was a sweet space to eat our breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The property itself is beautiful—well-kept, stylish, and relaxing. One of the highlights was the rooftop lounging area, which was the perfect spot to unwind and watch the sunset. Plus, the beach access was just a short walk away, making it easy to enjoy the ocean any time of day. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Not worth the cost of the room (Just under 500.00) even on Breeders Cup weekend. There is no insulation in the rooms and the guests above must have been wrestling or fell multiple time! At this price point I expected more luxury and better guests with hotel etiquette. I had to call to even find the location and where to park. Wasn't my cup of tea but front desk clerk Jenny was very friendly.
