Well located hotel between the medieval town and the modern town,breakfast was simple , but nice.It should be noted that the bedrooms are very small,and only really suitable for a short stay.We would like to thank the exceptional staff ,who helped us by sorting out an urgent travel situation .....we very much appreciate them going the extra mile to help us ...

The hotel is located in front of a park and has close proximity to the town with plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities. It is walking distance from the ancient walled city grounds. The hotel breakfast is very good and you can eat indoors or on the outdoor patio. It is a great spot and I would stay there again.

Ideal location

Friendly and helpful staff. Small room but great location making everything in walkable distance. Close to the medieval city, close to the canal to walk along, close to the town square for restaurants and shopping.

The staff were friendly and attentive. We had a couple of problems with our room but everything was soon addressed. Breakfast was basic but plentiful. The hotel is centrally placed and close to the airport shuttle bus.

Small room, the bed was very comfortable and we had a view of the medieval city from a room at the back of the hotel. Air con did not work, had been switched to heat only, so we found the room very warm. Staffe werevery friendly and helpful during our stay, and breakfast was good. Small, but Comfortable

This is a good spot to stay that is well situated between the train station (a 20-minute walk) and the Old City (a 20-minute walk). We were greeted warmly at reception and the room was clean and quiet. The A/C did not cool as well as I would have liked, but overall the room met our needs. The hotel also allowed us to leave our luggage while we explored the Old City before leaving on an afternoon train.

Beautifully Situated

Great location, perfectly situated in between the old and new city! Beautiful stroll through the new city ( which is about 800 years old) will take you from the gare to the hotel. From the hotel, an awesome walk over the vieux pont will take you to the old city and the chateau comtal. Keep in mind, rooms are very small and so are the bathrooms. But it is well kept and clean. Dont expect a lot amenities in the room. But there is hot water available in the lobby. The hotel over looks the pretty Gambetta Square and is a stone's throw from the Art Gallery which is free.

The hotel is located between the bastide and the medieval city so the it is practical. It is in front of a nice park however you can get a room looking to the back which is not a nice view. The room was not that good. Not very clean, specially the bathroom, bad pillows and not a useful hairdryer. I wanted to use a toilet when I collected my bag from the concierge and it was closed. Not nice that I couldn't even use a toilet after staying there.

Convenient but tiny tooms

Although you are made aware the room is small - it is VERY SMALL. The bathroom was so tiny we gave up on the idea of a shower in the morning. The beds were narrow and hard as rock. Marie who greeted us at reception was exceptionally professional and helpful -a big thankyou to her. I don’t think we will be going back to this hotel again.
