I like IBIS hotels and this budget one didn’t disappoint. Out of the town so not many local amenities but only a 20 minute walk. Rooms were basic but clean. Really quiet and a nice little continental breakfast in the morning. I’d stay again x

Wonderful little Ibis 15 minutes walk to the medieval town of Carcassonne. Buffet breakfast very cheap for Europe plus a seating area outside, where you can take your own food and drinks in the evening. Basic but perfect.

Nice stay and value for money. So easy to check in - 2 min. One password for your room, parking, etc. No need to check out....a lot of hotels could learn from this. Works when you order through Hotels.com. Absolutely recommendable.

This hotel was a bit small. The room was tiny. You need to be careful taking a shower as it can flood the whole bathroom with it. The pillow was a bit soft and bed a bit hard. The breakfast was simple. The parking was easy. Conveniently located near city center and the castle was 5 min drive or 15 minutes walk.

The room on the first floor has no door to isolate the reception and restaurant, as well as the noise of the vending machine.In addition, the room I was assigned happened to be on the side near the main road, so I didn't sleep well the whole night.

My room was 100 F when I got in . The a/c was blowing warm air . The manager told me a story that the all hotel is like that !! No hair dryer in room . Breakfast was very basic and nothing tasted good .

Very nice welcoming. Room was well. Nasty. Either mold or old dirt around walls, in ceiling and so. Ac didnt work. At breakfast(the food was surprisingly good) I felt like I interfered with the older receptionists private matters when I wanted to pay. It was cheap though and that was the more or less only good thing. Girl that welcomed me had her 1st day but was really helpful. Have had 11 nights hotelstays latest 11 days and thus was the worst
