Old hotel which could use some modernization. The rooms on the ground floor had a nice little terrace but if the doors slammed in the corridor the room would shake. Plus, we had a neighbour who smoked cigars outside our window, so made the room smell. The team moved us to a great quiet room, which was appreciated.

Ideal Hotel for Exploring Carcassonne. Located within the ancient walls, the hotel offers a wonderful opportunity to inhabit the medieval city, at least for a short while. Good dining venues are only a few steps away. Convenient check-in and baggage assistance. Good Breakfast.

So well located within the walls of the medieval citadel. While parking was off site, the attendant drove me an my luggage to the hotel - in a tiny electric car made necessary by the very narrow streets in the citadel

Lovely hotel, in a perfect location in the medieval city. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good, more like a brunch, with quite a few options. Be aware that you can take a cab to the welcome location and then hotel staff will drive you and your luggage to the actual hotel. I only wish my room had a better view, but I ended up spending most of my time walking around and not in the room. Will gladly stay there again. Merci beaucoup to all the staff!

We loved the medieval elements of the lobby and the views out of our room overlooking the garden. The staff was wonderful - kudos to Maxim our porter and the friendly young lady at the desk - both were so helpful and welcoming. This is an excellent 3 star hotel perfectly located in the old section of Dijon. They only have 6 parking spaces, so reserve directly with the hotel in advance. Unfortunately I reserved through a booking service and the hotel was not aware of my request for reserved spot. The rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor are best with balconies. All but 3 of the 4th floor rooms have limited sight (6' off the floor) windows. Self serve beverages in the lobby was a real plus. Amenties and services are 3 star hotel level. Breakfast was complete. Room was clean and large. Good bed.
