The property was very well located and staff was helpful and kind! Check-in and check out were both very easy. Our room was rather dated and could use a deep clean, but it was generally clean overall and the view of the castle was amazing. Breakfast was good. Air conditioning worked well!

Ideal Hotel for Exploring Carcassonne. Located within the ancient walls, the hotel offers a wonderful opportunity to inhabit the medieval city, at least for a short while. Good dining venues are only a few steps away. Convenient check-in and baggage assistance. Good Breakfast.

We loved the medieval elements of the lobby and the views out of our room overlooking the garden. The staff was wonderful - kudos to Maxim our porter and the friendly young lady at the desk - both were so helpful and welcoming. Our stay was lovely and relaxing - we especially liked walking the quiet streets at night.

This is an excellent 3 star hotel perfectly located in the old section of Dijon. They only have 6 parking spaces, so reserve directly with the hotel in advance. Unfortunately I reserved through a booking service and the hotel was not aware of my request for reserved spot. The rooms on the 2nd and 3rd floor are best with balconies. All but 3 of the 4th floor rooms have limited sight (6' off the floor) windows. Self serve beverages in the lobby was a real plus. Amenties and services are 3 star hotel level. Breakfast was complete. Room was clean and large. Good bed.
