Room was satisfactory, parking was good. Shower was not powerful but did leak onto the bathroom floor easily meaning it was very wet. Smart TV in the room but I was told by a member of staff these were unable to be connected to the internet so I was unable to use any of the smart features which was disappointing.

You are asking about the staff? There was nobody there when we arrived. I could not find my reservation number because of poor phone connection! It took us 15 minutes to check in and other guests were struggling too! Not a good system and Expedia should let us know that there nobody at the Hotel when you arrive, that we needed our reservation number, not just our names and to be ready for a machine.

Im more upset with Expedia for this experience. This hotel was listed as Carcasonne and we should have done a little more homework but we were strapped for time. This hotel is located nowhere near where we wanted to be (the heart of Carcasonne). It was a $40cdn uber and when we decided to eat the cost of the hotel and go somewhere closer the ubers were not coming out that far. The hotel itself is fine but has a very cold almost robotic feel. This place would be fine for a single or perhaps a couple backpacking and only requiring a nights rest before moving on. There is no checkin staff, you use a pin code that was not included by expedia. The room was tiny, very small beds (I mean very small). Literally rolling over you will fall on the floor. It was clean and new, modern, but we will not be staying at a BB again.

La habitacion muy limpia. Yodos los dias nos ambuaban las toallas. Por poner un pero, rl desayu o era escaso rn opciones pero lo que tienen esta rico. Sobre todo lo recomiendo por la ubicacion si vas a recorrer Carcassonne y poblaciones de alrededor.

Passage en famille une nuit pour couper la route entre la région Lyonnaise et Toulouse. Muni d'un parking avec bornes de recharge électrique. Idéalement bien placé, à 2 minute en voiture d'un grand centre commercial. Décoration épurée, moderne et efficace. Seul bémol : réservation via hotels.com qui donne son numéro de réservation mais celui de la réservation B&B. Comme on devait arriver après la fermeture de la réception, on appelle par anticipation la hotline de l'hotel qui nous dit que le numéro de hotels.com fera l'affaire. A l'arrivée, les codes ne correspondent pas, on s'en sort avec l'interphone de la permanence de nuit qui se montre très réactive et patiente. On fait remonter le lendemain à la patronne de l'hotel très sympathique par ailleurs. Un établissement qui mérite d'être connu. Nous y reviendrons.

Tout était parfait. Seul bémol, arrivés de nuit nous avons erré 30 minutes dans la zone avant de trouver l'hôtel : bien qu'il soit en bordure de nationale, il fallait emprunter plusieurs ronds points pour traverser celle ci et notre gps semblait décalé ou pas à jour,ses indications ne correspondaient pas à la réalité du terrain.

Hôtel tout neuf, chambre propre et petit déjeuner buffet très complet. A 5mn en voiture de la Cité de Carcassonne, très pratique. En revanche, le wifi et le réseau fonctionnent très mal.
