I had a wonderful experience staying at Country Garden and Suite in Benton, Illinois. Right of i57The bed was very comfortable, and the room was spotless—no signs of bed bugs or roaches, which is always a relief when traveling. The property looks newly renovated, and everything felt fresh and clean. I also enjoyed a delicious, hot breakfast in the morning, which was a great way to start the day. Overall, a clean, quiet, and comfortable stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We had to switch rooms when we got there because of roaches. The second room we moved to also had roaches. Shower curtains in both rooms had mold on them. I would not recommend staying here. The staff was very helpful.

I was greeted by a very friendly and excellent efficient staff. The room was clean and neat and all amenities were there. The breakfast was totally wonderful There was ample parking. Oh yes, the access to this property from I 57 was really great.

The office person was very nice and accommodating, the room was large with a comfortable bed, nicely decorated. More choices for breakfast. Conveniently located off the highway. The only thing I did not like was that the side entrance was not secure. It was left unlocked, not like most motel/motels that need a key card for entry. Also fairly priced.

This unit was extremely good value for the money paid. Unit is large enough to be acceptable for a nights rest and taking care of needs to continue trip. It has been renovated to be an acceptable lodging.

This place was extremely cheap. It was extremely clean. It didn’t smell like marijuana like most hotel rooms too. They were slot machine, machines, free alcohol and it was very comfortable and I enjoyed my time there. My wife and I felt safe and it was great as we went and watched our kid play Division I college football. It’s awesome to have a place that doesn’t break the bank and is comfortable and has stuff for you to do.

It was good enough for the price I paid. It looked like they were getting ready to replace carpet with plank flooring which is nice. The place needs a lot of detail work

By far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything in the room was damp and smelled bad. The carpet, the walls, the bedd and linens, and the furniture…. All wet and clammy.

As soon as you walk in the door the hallway sweet of pot the room that I stayed in was covered in the smell of pot I wound up having to get up and leave by 3:00 in the morning because my head was hurting so bad from the smell

This was not a pleasant stay, the doors into the hotel were all open at all times. The room was not very clean, lots of dust on the lamps and the carpet needs a good washing. Also there is no hot breakfast, more like a continental breakfast but no coffee. Would not stay here again.
