The staff was very helpful for everything asked of them. The pool could have been a little bit clean, the food was just ok(breakfast was the best), and the gym needs to be extremely updated. There's too many old gym equipment and some didn't work.

I took the family for a stay at the ETM Private Wellness Retreat in Costa Rica. The villa is more beautiful than the pictures shows very spacious. The owner and the staff were attentive and freindly, local restaurant, market and shops minutes away. You think the pool is the main attraction, think again. Overall ETM Private Wellness Retreat is a place a plan on going back.

This place is a hidden gem in the city. Once you're inside it is like a small very secure and semi-private resort. It is well maintained and beautiful inside. Food served was perfect and the staff is so friendly. I got lucky finding this place and if you're staying in San Jose this is a great place to be.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the AC Hotel San José Belén. The aesthetic of the property is beautiful, modern, and inviting, and the hotel itself has a great atmosphere. One of the biggest highlights was the staff, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable throughout our stay. Every interaction we had with the team was positive, and they truly made us feel welcomed. Unfortunately, the one area that fell significantly short was housekeeping. Upon arrival, there was a noticeable ring inside the toilet, which remained there for the entirety of our stay. During the daily servicing of our room, the floors did not appear to be swept, washcloths were not consistently replenished, and the overall cleanliness of the room was not at the standard we expected. It was particularly disappointing because every other aspect of our stay was excellent. The property, atmosphere, and wonderful staff made for a great experience, but the housekeeping standards definitely need improvement. With more attention to the cleanliness and daily servicing of the rooms, this hotel would provide an exceptional overall experience.
