O café da manhã foi muito bom , a limpeza do quarto foi impecável, a equipe de funcionários muito atenciosa, a pousada é muito boa . A unica coisa que acho que poderia melhorar é que em alguns momentos o chuveiro demorava um pouco para esquentar , acredito que pela quantidade de pessoas utilizando ao mesmo tempo . Outra coisa , a tv poderia ser melhor , muito pequena , sem muitas opções para baixar aplicativos de streaming . A cama tambem tinha um afundamento de um lado da cama .

Não tenho o hábito de repetir hospedagem, mas como essa pousada tem um toque de paz, eu optei em ficar novamente aqui, mas dessa vez vou pontuar, uma situação que me incomodou, até mesmo pq sinto paz, tranquilidade em ficar aqui, tinha um som ligado a beira da piscina com uma família, e não estava sim ambiente, faltou toalha tbm, liguei na recepção, pediram pra mim buscar, no geral, tirando essas duas coisas, foi muito bom a estadia. Café da manhã bom, cama e chuveiro bom tbm, piscina e localização, muito bom tbm.

Tivemos problemas iniciais com o ar condicionado do quarto reservado, fomos transferidos para outro quarto, quando chegamos, neste quarto também não funcionava o ar condicionado. Quando abriram o ar para verificar, estava completamente empoeirado, com sinais claros de falta de manutenção. Para sanar o problema dos dois quartos, foi sugerido ir para uma pousada parceira, mas nada foi feito para facilitar o deslocamento, tivemos que ir visitar e voltamos para a pousada, que nos ofereceu 30% em consumação para minimizar os transtornos. Mas, as soluções apresentadas, foram muito evasivas e não foram bem claras, inclusive a devolução do valor da diária, porém, proposta feita às 22h, onde naquele momento conseguiríamos uma outra hospedagem?Simplesmente vergonhoso. Já na outra pousada, aceitamos ficar, mas foi por falta de opção.

Quarto estava limpo, poderia ter uma atenção melhor na limpeza principalmente no chão, parecia lambuzado. Equipe de funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos, estacionamento bom, quarto com os forros bem branquinhos e limpos, as cobertas bem cheirosas!!! Única coisa que poderia melhorar um pouco a questão da limpeza no chão, não dava nem para ficar sem calçado parecia grudento e que foi passado um pano bem melecado. Área de lazer muito boa mesmo, com certeza voltaremos mais vezes

Funcionária da recepção extremamente grosseira quando solicitamos troca de toalhas. Há uma política interna quanto ao fornecimento de toalhas que não é passado ao hóspede no check-in. Após o episódio recebemos mensagem da recepção que nos seria aplicada uma multa por cheiro de cigarro no quarto, sendo que não fumamos e nem toleramos cigarro. Ao questionarmos pediram desculpas e falaram que se enganaram de habitação. Extremamente desagradável, estragaram nosso passeio.

Poisada muito simples pro valor de estadia. Quarto não tem tapete pra pisar ao acordar. Móveis velhos e espelhos corroídos. Limpeza muito superficial. Quarto grudado um ao outro dando pra ouvir as conversas e encostada com o corredor de passagem dos hóspedes. Quarto sem cortina, dando a impressão que o alguém de fora tinha como ver quem estava dentro.
