O hotel e o staff são muito bons! Café da manhã básico mas bom também! Achei os valores do restaurante (almoço e jantar) um pouco caro. Piscina excelente! Arrumação dos quartos todos os dias (basta deixar o aviso na porta que eles limpam). Disponibilizam cadeiras de praia e guarda-sol. O hotel fica quase na divisa com Ubatuba e a praia de Tabatinga é muito calma e tranquila.

O hotel é muito bom, super limpo, equipe prestativa, educada. O serviço é bom. O restaurante apesar de não estar incluso na diaria tem refeições deliciosas. O café da manhã é muito bom. Precisam melhor somente o serviço no horario do café, faltaram louças e alguns alimentos. Mas de modo geral recomendo o hotel , a localização é boa.
