Não consegui passar uma hora dentro!

Gente, eu tenho até dó sabe dos responsáveis, mas definitivamente a pousada rever tudo, eu digo tudo mesmo! Local insalubre, sujo, gatos da rua sendo alimentados nos corredores da pousada! Tudo extremamente sujo. Infelizmente o local precisa ser totalmente revisto pela plataforma! Eu precisei trocar de pousada imediatamente! Tive um custo a mais de outra pousada até mais barata mas infinitamente melhor! Muito triste a situação em que a pousada se encontra! Foi tão traumatizante que eu não tive forças nem pra conversar ou registrar fotos e vídeos do local. Extremamente desagradável.

Não gostei da pousada , cara pelo o que oferece , os funcionários e até o propietario não estavam com equipamentos de segurança contra covid-19 , o café da manha deixou a desejar , fiquei 2 diárias no hotel , no primeiro café da manhã não tinha nada para comer , parece que era o resto do dia anterior , no segundo melhorou o café , pão novo , e mais algumas coisinhas , mais péssimo pelo valor cobrado de 170 a diária , quarto sem estrutura nenhuma , não tem nem lugar para guardar as coisas , janela não fechava , quarto mofado , não volto mais !!! Esqueci de falar , quando eu cheguei lá tinha pego um trânsito horrivel na serra , e tive que esperar uns 20 mim para abrirem a pousada pra mim , não tinha água , biscoito nem nada que eu e minha namorada pudéssemos comer pois chegamos 2 da manhã .

Boa estadia

A estadia foi muito boa e tranquila. O Edson e os outros funcionários são muito atenciosos e gentis, nos sentimos em casa e bem à vontade. Também devo ressaltar que a localização é ótima e próxima das praias do Massaguaçu e Cocanha.

Lugar horrivel,mobiliarios velhos sujos,cortina mofada, roupas de cama rasgadas e com traça, paredes mofadas, atendimento da recepção péssimo, pessoas mal preparadas, entrei num dia ás 15:00 e saí às 06:00 da manhã do outro dia, ninguem nem notou nossa saida,lugar teneboroso. Não recomendo nem de graça.

Seria perfeito se não tivesse que ter deparado com baratas no quarto e ai vc pede pra fazer uma limpeza e a pessoa fala que quem tinha que limpar era eu, depois de pagar $272, 00 por 2 dias, achei muita falta de respeito com nós hóspedes!

O hotel está em uma excelente localização (próximo a praia da Cocanha, cerca de 4 minutos andando). É um hotel simples, mas que cumpre com aquilo que promete. Para pessoas que estão buscando uma hospedagem com um excelente preço essa é uma excelente opção. O café da manhã também é bem simples, mas é condizente com o valor cobrado pela diária. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos, o único ponto é que o quarto é quente (mas já é de se imaginar, já que não tem ar condicionado na pousada). Excelente custo benefício.
